Founder Tracey Mier spent more than 20 years in HR on the company side, working across recruitment, performance management, workplace investigations and employee relations. That's given her a clear view of how organisations run these processes internally, and where employees often come unstuck simply because they don't know what's happening around them or what they're entitled to ask for.
She also holds a postgraduate qualification in Australian employment law, which she pairs with that hands on HR background rather than relying on legal theory alone. It's this combination, real workplace experience plus formal training in employment law, that lets her translate what's going on behind the scenes into plain English for the people she's supporting. Tracey now puts that expertise to work for employees directly, acting as their support person in meetings and investigations, and making sure they understand their rights and options just as clearly as the organisation across the table does.
